{"id":5923,"date":"2023-01-10T19:15:46","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T19:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibactech.ca\/insurance-brokers-association-of-canada-vendor-joint-marketing-brokerlift\/"},"modified":"2025-03-10T20:06:14","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T20:06:14","slug":"insurance-brokers-association-of-canada-vendor-joint-marketing-brokerlift","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibactech.ca\/fr\/insurance-brokers-association-of-canada-vendor-joint-marketing-brokerlift\/","title":{"rendered":"Association des courtiers d\u2019assurances du Canada ACCORD DE COMMERCIALISATION BROKERLIFT"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"boldgrid-section\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"boldgrid-section\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-sm-12\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Janvier 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Au Canada, le r\u00e9seau de courtage du secteur de l\u2019assurance de dommages accuse un retard par rapport aux autres secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie en ce qui concerne le principe de connectivit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el.Les courtiers sont donc confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des points de friction dans leurs processus et \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de saisir les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es dans diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes (charge de travail double), ce qui entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts inutiles et une exp\u00e9rience client qui est loin d\u2019\u00eatre id\u00e9ale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Les courtiers utilisent leurs propres syst\u00e8mes pour g\u00e9rer les demandes des clients. Les assureurs utilisent des syst\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rents. Une saisie initiale des donn\u00e9es est faite dans le syst\u00e8me de gestion de courtage et ces m\u00eames donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre de nouveau saisies sur le portail de l\u2019assureur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Le courtier doit donc entrer les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es \u00e0 deux reprises, ce qui cause des d\u00e9lais et des erreurs qui exigent une intervention manuelle et qui peuvent avoir des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience ultime du client.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">La plupart des autres secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 ont fait d\u2019\u00e9normes progr\u00e8s \u00e0 certaines \u00e9tapes de la cha\u00eene de valeur, notamment en ce qui concerne le partage ou la diffusion des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el. Dans le secteur de l\u2019assurance de dommages en revanche, la connectivit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el n\u2019en est qu\u2019\u00e0 ses balbutiements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Nous constatons toutefois des progr\u00e8s.<br \/>\nBrokerLift a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment des fonctionnalit\u00e9s qui sont particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressantes, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li>Participation au programme de partenariat Orange de Vertafore avec une API de connexion en temps r\u00e9el au syst\u00e8me SIG\n<ul>\n<li>Produit d\u2019assurance achet\u00e9 directement par les clients sur le site Web du courtier ou vente effectu\u00e9e par les courtiers sur leur portail personnalis\u00e9 et donn\u00e9es transf\u00e9r\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re fluide dans le syst\u00e8me SIG.<br \/>\nComme la plupart des op\u00e9rations sont pay\u00e9es par carte de cr\u00e9dit, il n\u2019y a qu\u2019une derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la comptabilit\u00e9, soit le rapprochement de la cr\u00e9ance.<br \/>\nIl n\u2019y a aucune autre donn\u00e9e \u00e0 entrer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Int\u00e9grations personnalis\u00e9es avec le logiciel Applied Epic qui cr\u00e9ent et chargent un dossier client g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par une op\u00e9ration Web libre-service.\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les produits li\u00e9s \u00e0 un formulaire court ou long personnalis\u00e9, la plateforme BrokerLift peut transmettre les donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 EPIC.<br \/>\nCette fonction est tr\u00e8s utile pour les programmes de produits commerciaux ou sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s qui peuvent \u00eatre souscrits ou renouvel\u00e9s en ligne par les clients sur le site Web de l\u2019association ou du courtier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 API pour la pr\u00e9paration des propositions d\u2019assurance des locataires et l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des polices en temps r\u00e9el avec Wawanesa, y compris le chargement imm\u00e9diat des donn\u00e9es vers le syst\u00e8me de souscription de Wawanesa et, en retour, le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement des donn\u00e9es dans le syst\u00e8me de gestion de courtage<br \/>\no Comme il s\u2019agit d\u2019un processus complet en mode libre-service, le repr\u00e9sentant du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le n\u2019a pas \u00e0 intervenir et peut se consacrer au traitement de t\u00e2ches plus complexes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Int\u00e9gration du logiciel Hubspot CRM<br \/>\no BrokerLift soutient environ une vingtaine de produits sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019assurance des particuliers et des entreprises.<br \/>\nComme peu de ventes en mode libre-service se font \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un seul et unique contact, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de Hubspot permet aux cabinets de courtage de d\u00e9clencher un processus d\u2019automatisation marketing et de contr\u00f4ler les activit\u00e9s de suivi. Les courtiers peuvent ainsi s\u2019assurer d\u2019obtenir un taux de cl\u00f4ture des ventes et un volume plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">La principale plateforme de BrokerLift fournit toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019un produit de commerce \u00e9lectronique en marque blanche aux cabinets de courtage, produit qui permet de pr\u00e9parer des propositions d\u2019assurance, d\u2019\u00e9tablir des polices et de traiter des paiements en temps r\u00e9el et de verser les produits sur leur site Web (ou sur le site Web d\u2019un partenaire dans le cas, par exemple, des programmes d\u2019affiliation).<br \/>\nLe cabinet de courtage peut utiliser<br \/>\nun nombre de produits pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis disponibles sur le march\u00e9 ou utiliser BrokerLift comme syst\u00e8me d\u2019administration des polices d\u2019assurance pour d\u00e9finir et d\u00e9ployer des produits ou programmes personnalis\u00e9s.<br \/>\nL\u2019assur\u00e9 est en mesure d\u2019acheter ou de renouveler sa police d\u2019assurance en tout temps.
