{"id":5898,"date":"2023-01-10T19:05:49","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T19:05:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibactech.ca\/insurance-brokers-association-of-canada-vendor-joint-marketing-pathway\/"},"modified":"2025-03-10T20:09:42","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T20:09:42","slug":"insurance-brokers-association-of-canada-vendor-joint-marketing-pathway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibactech.ca\/fr\/insurance-brokers-association-of-canada-vendor-joint-marketing-pathway\/","title":{"rendered":"Association des courtiers d\u2019assurances du Canada ACCORD DE COMMERCIALISATION PATHWAY"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"boldgrid-section\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"boldgrid-section\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-sm-12\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Janvier 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Au Canada, le r\u00e9seau de courtage du secteur de l\u2019assurance de dommages accuse un retard par rapport aux autres secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie en ce qui concerne le principe de connectivit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el.Les courtiers sont donc confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des points de friction dans leurs processus et \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de saisir les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es dans diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes (charge de travail double), ce qui entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts inutiles et une exp\u00e9rience client qui est loin d\u2019\u00eatre id\u00e9ale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Les courtiers utilisent leurs propres syst\u00e8mes pour g\u00e9rer les demandes des clients. Les assureurs utilisent des syst\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rents. Une saisie initiale des donn\u00e9es est faite dans le syst\u00e8me de gestion de courtage et ces m\u00eames donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre de nouveau saisies sur le portail de l\u2019assureur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Le courtier doit donc entrer les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es \u00e0 deux reprises, ce qui cause des d\u00e9lais et des erreurs qui exigent une intervention manuelle et qui peuvent avoir des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience ultime du client.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">La plupart des autres secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 ont fait d\u2019\u00e9normes progr\u00e8s \u00e0 certaines \u00e9tapes de la cha\u00eene de valeur, notamment en ce qui concerne le partage ou la diffusion des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el. Dans le secteur de l\u2019assurance de dommages en revanche, la connectivit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el n\u2019en est qu\u2019\u00e0 ses balbutiements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Nous constatons toutefois des progr\u00e8s.<br \/>\nPathway a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment des fonctionnalit\u00e9s qui sont particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressantes, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li>Production automatis\u00e9e des soumissions\n<ul>\n<li>Pathway et Optiom se sont associ\u00e9s pour lancer un outil de production automatis\u00e9e des soumissions. Les courtiers peuvent ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9rer automatiquement une soumission pour l\u2019ajout de garanties compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 une police d\u2019assurance automobile.Les courtiers peuvent accro\u00eetre les ventes aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une client\u00e8le cible en fournissant la prime exacte pour les garanties ajout\u00e9es sans avoir \u00e0 intervenir manuellement, et tirent avantage de la fonction de suivi automatique par courriel de Pathway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li>Guichet libre-service\n<ul>\n<li>Le guichet libre-service s\u2019int\u00e8gre en douceur \u00e0 votre syst\u00e8me de gestion de courtage, les clients pouvant g\u00e9n\u00e9rer automatiquement leur preuve d\u2019assurance num\u00e9rique et le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de leur couverture.<br \/>\nLes donn\u00e9es saisies \u00e0 l\u2019aide du guichet libre-service sont mises \u00e0 jour en arri\u00e8re-plan toutes les 24 heures pour s\u2019assurer que les renseignements sur le client sont toujours \u00e0 jour.<br \/>\nCette application num\u00e9rique pratique permet aux clients d\u2019obtenir rapidement les renseignements dont ils ont besoin et r\u00e9duit la charge de travail des courtiers li\u00e9e aux demandes qui ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas de vente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de suivi automatique\n<ul>\n<li>Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 intuitive aide \u00e0 communiquer au moment opportun le bon message au prospect ou titulaire de police cibl\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me de suivi est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me de gestion de courtage. Il permet d\u2019envoyer des messages pertinents aux clients, notamment les points de contact pour toute demande relative aux polices d\u2019assurance et certains renseignements utiles, comme les alertes m\u00e9t\u00e9o.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me de suivi automatique est inclus dans l\u2019outil marketing de Pathway.
